Individual Qualifications for Foreigners
- Obtained relevant certificates or licenses in accordance with the Examination Act for Professional and Technical Personnel
- Holds a master’s degree or higher in a relevant field, or a bachelor’s degree with over 2 years of relevant work experience
- Has worked for a multinational enterprise for over 1 year and is assigned to work in Taiwan
- Has received professional training or is self-taught with over 5 years of relevant experience and demonstrates innovation and outstanding performance (Note: If the individual is recognized under a special project as a startup talent with innovative capabilities, the “5 years of experience” requirement may be waived.)
