USI Company Info Session × On-site Interview

USI Company Info Session × On-site Interview

Purpose】

To enhance the employment competitiveness of international students and overseas Chinese students in Taiwan and to strengthen the connection between global talent and enterprises, NSYSU collaborates with USI (Universal Scientific Industrial Co., Ltd.) to organize this "USI Company Info Session x On-site Interview ".

The event begins with a corporate briefing delivered by representatives from USI, introducing the company's development, global presence, core technologies, and talent cultivation system. Job openings and recruitment requirements will also be explained to help students quickly understand industry trends and career directions.

Unlike traditional one-way lectures, this event emphasizes a "real-time listening and immediate matching" model. After the briefing session, the program will seamlessly transition into on-site interviews, where students may submit resumes and directly engage in face-to-face preliminary interviews with company HR or managers. Outstanding candidates may proceed to further selection stages or even receive immediate job offers, achieving a fast transition from campus to workplace.

This event not only significantly shortens the recruitment process but also provides students with a practical and efficient interview experience, enabling them to demonstrate their professional abilities and international advantages. It also supports enterprises in effectively recruiting global talent, creating a win-win outcome and facilitating students’ successful career development in Taiwan.
