Employment and Industry Development Trends for International Students: Insights from Outstanding International Alumni
【Purpose】
The post-graduation employment rate of international graduates from the College of Management at NSYSU is 40%, with employment in Taiwan. In alignment with the establishment of the Career and Employment Hub for International Students in 2025, the College of Management is actively enhancing its career counseling and employment support mechanisms. To further support international students in their career development, we have invited outstanding international alumni to return to campus and share key competencies required for employment in Taiwan, offer insights on career planning, and their valuable job-seeking experiences. This initiative aims to help international students better understand Taiwan’s industry trends, enhance their employability, and successfully transition into the workforce.
