Job Duties

1. Content Creation & Management:

- Write and manage web content including UI/UX texts, notifications, error messages, FAQs, onboarding flows, and more.
- Update content using CMS and development tools.
- Create promotional and advertising copy.
- Oversee translation from English to other languages and vice versa.
- Implement product localisation strategies.
- Write SEO-optimized content.
- Analyze data to improve content performance.
- Work with developers, product owners, researchers, and designers.
- Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams.
- Maintain content style guides aligned with brand voice.
- Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Understand product goals to align content strategy.
