Human Resource Intern/Full-time (Malaysian national)
Job Duties
・Involve with oversea HRM & HRD planning.
・Assist in training and development tasks.
・Assist in talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning strategies.
・Facilitate cross-border communication and coordination between headquarters and oversea subsidiary.
・Handle other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements
・Fresh graduate student in Taiwan or current student from 3rd year of Bachelor's to 2nd year of Master's degree.
・Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
・Eager to discover financial leasing or international business.
・Passion first; can deliver surprises within daily routine tasks.
・Expect to return to home country to work in subsidiary after completing a 1-2 year training program in Taiwan.
