Account Executive
We are looking for passionate fresh graduates who are interested in sales, business development, and market expansion to join Uber Eats. You will help expand the market in Central and Southern Taiwan, primarily based in Kaohsiung, with possible coverage in Taichung.

About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will directly contribute to Uber Eats' growth in Taiwan by owning the full sales cycle with top-priority local merchants in strategic cities. Your work will improve the quality and variety of food options on the platform, drive customer satisfaction, and build deep, long-lasting relationships with our restaurant partners. You’ll be expected to bring strong commercial acumen, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, culturally nuanced environment.
Job Responsibilities
You will participate in merchant acquisition, partnership development, and growth initiatives across Central and Southern Taiwan.
- Own the full merchant acquisition process in Taiwan, from initial outreach and negotiation to onboarding and early-stage growth support.
- Understand merchant needs and challenges, build strong relationships, and align Uber Eats’ value with their business goals.
- Manage specific city areas such as Kaohsiung, Tainan, or emerging cities, identifying high-potential partnership opportunities strategically.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation.
- Utilize data and tools to manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, prioritization, tracking, and progress management.
- Continuously optimize acquisition strategies and provide market feedback to improve product, pricing, and processes.
Requirements
Ideal candidates are proactive, strong communicators, and interested in the F&B industry, platform economy, and business development.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Expected to graduate in 2026.
- Strong executional discipline | You know how to deliver measurable results and consistently move the needle despite setbacks.
- Excellent communication skills | Able to clearly and confidently communicate complex ideas to internal stakeholders and external partners alike in Chinese (required) and English (conversational).
- Sales and business acumen | You understand what makes businesses tick and tailor your pitch to resonate with different restaurant profiles - from family-run shops to multi-location brands.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or some experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development roles, ideally in tech, hospitality, or FMCG is preferred.
- Fluency in Chinese (business level or higher) and conversational English.
- Deep local market knowledge and understanding of Taiwanese restaurant culture.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and experience working in a performance-driven sales environment.
- Comfortable working towards individual and team sales targets
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple conversations in parallel.
