Project Management

Job Duties
  1. Technical Communication

Effective communication skills. Gather the engineering issue and communicate the technical information with customer present proposals to clients with competence and confidence.

  1. Project Management

-Ability to construct a critical path project schedule, and setup milestone for the potential risks management in development stage.

-Coordinate with the members from different departments to ensure project can run properly.

-Receive the product information and share information at each level of organization to ensure everyone is working towards the same objectives.

-Knowledge of basic construction practices and project management techniques.

-Ability to work with sensitive deadlines, and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Effective problem-solving skills.

【Job Requirements】

  1. Master's degree or bachelor's degree in Materials Science Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  2. Proficiency in: SolidWorks, Simens NX, CATIA, JMP, Office software, WebEx.
  3. Experience cooperating with external project partners/collaborators in technical scopes of work is desired.
  4. Engaged, passionate individual, view challenges as opportunities for growth.
  5. Good emotion management and with passionate communication skills. Strong verbal, written and analytical skills.

【Language Skills】

Mandarin: Limited working proficiency

English: Primary fluency

Salary

monthly salary: NT$39,500 ~ NT$46,000 (Salary verification based on academic experience and certificates)
