Job Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process, including talent sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding follow-up (including international recruitment and university-industry collaboration).
- Proactively develop recruitment channels and maintain the talent pool to continuously improve candidate quality and hiring efficiency.
- Coordinate and communicate throughout the recruitment process to ensure an excellent candidate experience and smooth hiring workflow.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and recruitment-related activities to support the company's overall hiring strategy.
- Assist with HR-related projects and other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications
- Basic Chinese proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); Intermediate English proficiency or above; proficiency in Filipino is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to respond quickly to changing situations.
- Demonstrates integrity, responsibility, and professionalism in completing assigned tasks.
