Job Description

  • Administrative Support: schedule arrangement, meeting minutes, travel & procurement comparison, file organization (Google Drive).
  • Documents & Presentations: assist in writing proposals, summarizing, PPT design (company/competition/presentation).
  • Social Media & Materials: draft FB/IG posts, photo selection, basic editing, and scheduling.
  • Language & Research: Chinese⇄English/Japanese translation, industry & regulation research, compile into presentations/memos.
  • Project Assistance: OEM/design/packaging coordination, form data cleaning, reimbursement & invoice preparation.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled at NSYSU (all majors; priority for Business, MIS, Foreign Languages, Japanese Studies).
  • Strong Chinese writing skills; proficient in Google Workspace, Excel (vlookup/pivot), and PPT.
  • Basic Japanese ability preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, punctual, and discreet.

Work Time & Duration

  • Commitment: 1 year or longer.
  • At least 3 days / 20 hours per week.
  • 8–16h per week, hybrid on-campus/remote; adjustable during midterms/finals.

Compensation

  • Hourly rate NT$200–260 (legally above minimum wage).
  • Transportation allowance for business trips.
