General Requirements
- No experience required; long-term training to become engineering and technical talents.
- Must cooperate with day and night shifts; shift changes every 3 to 6 months.
- Preference for candidates able to work overtime (3 days on, 1 day off).
- Bachelor’s degree from Taiwan required.
- Basic Chinese language skills required.
Job Positions & Responsibilities
Process Duty Engineer
- Confirm parameter correctness (FAI Lot - PPID upload) and verify Post Value data vs platform standards.
- Execute DOE plan for CZ Lot including parameter or jig changes & data collection.
- On-site verification of Post Value vs BKM.
- Machine quality buy-off modification and repair.
- Exception handling and DRB process mapping analysis.
- Process capability improvement and fan-out data collection (ECM).
Test Engineering Engineer
- Manage PV/Qual/PRU programs including remote Shmoo/Pinmargin data scraping and importing.
- Deploy PDM files to meet customer requirements.
- Perform acceptance checks of hardware (LB/PC/BI boards) to increase production capacity.
- Temporary batch analysis and disposal.
- Offline exception elimination.
Equipment Assistant Engineer
- Modify machines following standard operation procedures.
- Replace machine parts as per SOPs.
- Perform basic maintenance (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Handle alarms and abnormal machine responses.
