🌟 Career Transition Experience - Alumni Journey

Hello everyone, I was once a fresh graduate entering the workforce, and today I’m excited to share my career transition experience. A few years ago, when I was still in school, I was unsure about my future career. Although I had dreams, I didn’t know how to start. However, after several job transitions over the years, I’ve come to deeply understand that changing careers doesn’t mean giving up, but rather it’s an opportunity for a fresh start.

In my first job, I worked in a traditional industry. At first, the job seemed stable, but I soon realized that I wasn’t learning more challenges, and I felt that I couldn’t grow any further. The gap between my expectations and the reality of the job made me start to doubt myself.

So, I began searching for a new career direction. After a long period of self-reflection, I decided to switch to a completely new field—the tech industry. Although I had little relevant experience at the time, and there was much uncertainty, I believed this was the only chance to break through and enhance my abilities.

The career transition process wasn’t easy. During the first few months, I faced many challenges: learning new knowledge, technical problems, and adapting to the workplace culture. But whenever I found myself in difficulty, I reminded myself:

"Even when the road is tough, always keep smiling."

Through effort and continuous learning, I gradually adapted to this new industry and found that my potential in this field was growing. Every time I solved a problem or broke through a barrier, I felt the value of my career transition. Today, I’ve steadily developed in the tech industry, and I’m falling more and more in love with this field.

I’m willing to share my journey with you because I want you to know that career transition doesn’t mean giving up—it’s about reinventing yourself for something better. If you’re currently facing a career change decision, don’t be afraid! Be brave and step out, giving yourself a new opportunity. As long as you continue to work hard and keep learning, a career transition will be a fresh starting point for your career.
