Program Highlights:
- Interact with international interns in an all-English environment to boost global workplace competitiveness
- Choose from up to 40 different summer internship positions
- Comprehensive training programs to develop soft skills and shape future workplace elites
- Complete a department internship project within two months to enrich your resume

Internship Period: 7/1 - 8/31, full-time internship
Internship Salary: $45,000/month
Housing Allowance: $10,000/month (for students whose university is in a different county from the internship location)

Salary: NT$80,000 - NT$85,000/month
Eligibility: Fresh graduates (Bachelor/Master) or individuals with less than one year of work experience

Program Highlights:
- Smart manufacturing leadership program: 5 months of training in China to cultivate manufacturing center elites
- 1-year practical training: 2-month professional training + 3-month project simulation + 6-month factory internship + 1-month placement
- Global career opportunities: China, Vietnam, Thailand, USA, Mexico—assignments based on expertise after graduation
