🎯 Purpose
This seminar is designed to help international and foreign students gain a comprehensive understanding of Taiwan's employment landscape and career opportunities. Participants will explore industry trends, work regulations for foreign talent, and practical job search and interview strategies. Through real-life examples and actionable advice, attendees will be better equipped to navigate the job market, understand legal requirements, and confidently plan their career path in Taiwan, whether they are about to graduate or preparing to start their professional journey.
📌 Features and Implementation
This seminar invited Ms. Adela Zeng, Career Development Advisor with extensive experience in career counseling for international and overseas Chinese students, as the keynote speaker. The seminar focused on topics such as job market trends for international students in Taiwan, relevant regulations and legal considerations, workplace cultural differences, and interview response techniques. Through practical experience sharing and case analysis, Ms. Zeng provided students with diverse and practical advice within a limited time, helping them better understand the potential challenges and preparation needed for seeking employment in Taiwan in the future.
In addition, Ms. Zeng introduced various resources related to daily life and job searching, while also responding to students' questions in real time. Concrete and insightful suggestions were offered regarding students’ concerns about career planning. The seminar featured an engaging and interactive atmosphere, with lively and informative content that effectively enhanced student participation and created a professional yet approachable career guidance environment. As a result, all participating students gained valuable insights from the event.
Through this seminar, students developed a more comprehensive understanding of employment-related information in Taiwan, which will also support their future career planning and job preparation. Overall, the event received an enthusiastic response from participants.
