🎯 Purpose
This event invites the President of the NSYSU Malaysian Alumni Association to return to campus and share his experiences from student life to the workplace. Through experience sharing and sincere dialogue, the event aims to help Malaysian students explore their future directions, enhance their understanding of career development, and strengthen the connection and interaction between alumni and current students, thereby building a supportive and mutually beneficial community network.
📌 Features and Implementation
This event invites Mr. Skylar Yeo, an alumnus from the Department of Information Management (Class of 2016) and current President of the Malaysian Alumni Association, to share his personal development journey. The content focuses on his experiences, including academic exploration during his student years, the challenges of entering the workforce, and his motivations, process, and key turning points in entrepreneurship. Through concrete and authentic case sharing, the event presents diverse and inspiring career pathways, enhancing both resonance and practicality.
In addition to the experience sharing session, an open discussion and Q&A segment is arranged to encourage active participation and real-time interaction. Participants are welcome to raise questions on topics of interest such as career choices, industry trends, returning to Malaysia or staying in Taiwan, and entrepreneurship preparation, enabling in-depth discussion and consultation to further strengthen engagement and interactivity.
Furthermore, through the opportunity for alumni to return and share, the event not only helps students envision and plan their future development but also strengthens the connection between alumni and current students. It fosters a supportive and interactive learning environment, making the event not just a one-way sharing of experiences, but also a platform for two-way communication and resource connection.
