📄 NSYSU Career and Employment Service Platform for International Students
Welcome to the Career and Employment Service Platform for International Students at National Sun Yat-sen University (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). To protect your rights and ensure smooth operation, please read the following terms of service and user regulations carefully.
Article 1|Purpose of the Service
This Platform is established and managed by the Career and Employment Support Hub for International Students at NSYSU. It is designed to serve international and overseas Chinese alumni by providing an interactive database system to track career development, strengthen alumni connections, assist in policy planning, and foster long-term collaboration between alumni and the university.
Article 2|User Eligibility and Registration
This Platform is exclusively for NSYSU international and overseas Chinese alumni.
Users must provide accurate personal information during registration, including but not limited to name, student ID, nationality, college and graduation year, email address, and current employment status.
Users guarantee that the information submitted belongs to themselves and shall not impersonate others.
If impersonation is found, the Platform reserves the right to terminate access and pursue legal action.
Article 3|Account and Password Security
Users must properly manage their account and password and shall not share or transfer them to others.
If unauthorized use of the account is suspected, the user must notify the Platform administrator immediately.
The Platform is not responsible for losses caused by user negligence, such as account breaches or data leaks.
Article 4|Collection, Use, and Protection of Personal Data
The Platform collects and processes users' personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and related regulations.
Collected data will be used for the following purposes only:
- Alumni management and communication
- Graduate employment tracking and statistical research
- University policy planning and departmental evaluation
- Enhancing interaction and resource sharing among alumni
Personal data will not be disclosed, sold, exchanged, or provided to third parties unless required by law or with user consent.
Article 5|User Rights
Users may access and review their personal data at any time.
Users can log in to the Platform at any time to update their personal information.
If there are errors or changes in personal data, users may request corrections or updates.
Users may request to delete their account and related data at any time, but will no longer be able to log in afterward.
Article 6|User Conduct
Users shall not engage in any illegal activities, immoral behavior, or infringement of others' rights through this Platform.
Spamming, false information, defamation, or threatening language is strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in immediate suspension of access, and legal action may be taken.
Article 7|System Maintenance and Liability
The University will strive to maintain system stability and security but does not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
The University is not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by maintenance, upgrades, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
Users are responsible for backing up their data. The Platform is not liable for any loss or damage to individual data.
Article 8|Amendments to Terms
NSYSU may revise these terms as needed and will announce any changes on the Platform.
Users are encouraged to regularly check for updates. Continued use indicates agreement with the revised terms.
If users do not agree with the changes, they should stop using the Platform and contact the administrator to terminate their account.
Article 9|Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
In the event of a dispute, the Kaohsiung District Court shall be the court of first instance.
