🎯 Article 1｜Purpose of the Services

Career & Employment Hub for International Students provides career consultations, resume reviews, corporate matching, international alumni engagement, and related career services. These services are intended to support the career development of NSYSU international students and alumni, strengthen their connection with the University, and provide reference information for Ministry of Education project evaluation, outcome tracking, and educational policy planning.

🖥 Article 2｜How to Use the Services

• Career Consultations and Resume Reviews
  Appointments must be made through the National Sun Yat-sen University reservation system.
• International Alumni Information Updates
  Alumni information may be submitted and updated through the Zite platform.

🔒 Article 3｜Collection and Use of Personal Data

By using the services provided by the Career & Employment Hub for International Students, including booking a career consultation, requesting a resume review, registering for an event, or submitting alumni information, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data in accordance with Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act and other applicable laws and regulations.

Personal data collected may include:

• Name
• Student ID number, where applicable
• Nationality
• Department or academic program
• Year of graduation
• Email address
• Resume
• Employment information
• others

Purposes of data use:

• Career consultation services
• Resume review services
• Alumni communication
• Ministry of Education project outcome statistics
• Graduate employment tracking
• University policy analysis

📄 Article 4｜Use of Resume and Supporting Documents

When booking a career consultation or resume review, any resume, autobiography, portfolio, or other supporting documents you provide will be used only by the Career & Employment Hub for International Students and the invited advisor for the purpose of providing the requested service.

The Career & Employment Hub for International Students will not provide your information to partner companies or other third parties without your consent, except where disclosure is required by law.

• Request the deletion of personal data, except where retention is required by law

⚠ Article 6｜Rules of Use

• Users must not provide false or misleading information.
• Users must not impersonate another person.
• Users must not use the services for illegal activities.
• Users must not interfere with the normal operation of the system.

🛠 Article 7｜Limitation of Liability

The Career & Employment Hub for International Students will make reasonable efforts to maintain service quality. However, it will not be liable for damages resulting from service interruptions caused by system maintenance, third-party platforms such as the reservation system or Zite, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

📢 Article 8｜Amendments to the Terms

The Career & Employment Hub for International Students reserves the right to revise these terms when necessary. Continued use of the services after any revision will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

⚖ Article 9｜Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute arising from the use of these services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taiwan Kaohsiung District Court as the court of first instance.
