Admission Requirements and Language Proficiency
📌 I. Eligibility Requirements
- Identity Criteria
- Applicants must be overseas students (including international students, overseas Chinese students, students from Hong Kong or Macao), or international students already studying in Taiwan.
- Applicants must meet the following relevant regulations:
- Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan
- Regulations Governing the Education and Counseling of Overseas Chinese Students in Taiwan
- Regulations Regarding Hong Kong and Macao Residents Studying in Taiwan
- Academic Requirements
- Overseas applicants: Academic performance should be above average in class or department.
- Current students in Taiwan: Ranked in the top 50% of the class in the previous academic year, with a conduct grade of at least 80 or Grade A.
- Language Proficiency

📌 II. Priority Admission & Partner Institutions
- Priority admission for students recommended by Taiwan's overseas missions.
- For non-recommended schools, applicants must submit academic records and school ranking for reference.
📌 III. Additional Student Notes
- Living & Internship Stipend Guarantee
- During study: Monthly living stipend of at least NT$10,000 per person.
- During internship: Stipend must not be lower than minimum wage.
- Internships with PRC-funded Companies Prohibited
- Partner companies must not be PRC-funded. Students must verify the background of internship companies.
