Administrative Support

1️⃣ Forming University Alliances & Establishing Overseas Hubs

Universities are encouraged to form alliances to pool resources for the following activities:

  • Organize education fairs
  • Promote recruitment campaigns
  • Sign cooperation agreements (MOU, MOA) with local universities
  • Set up overseas hubs with the following functions:
    • Provide Mandarin preparatory courses
    • Expand international cooperation and exchanges
    • Support recruitment for the new program

📍 Overseas hubs have already been established in Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand.

2️⃣ Free Mandarin Preparatory Courses

Target Group: Mainly students currently studying abroad.

Language Requirement: Applicants for Mandarin-taught programs must meet TOCFL Level 2 (CEFR A2) in both listening and reading.

Objectives:

  • Equip students with basic Mandarin skills in advance
  • Increase students’ willingness to study in Taiwan

3️⃣ Short-Term Experience Courses

University alliance members may self-fund short-term experience programs at overseas hubs.

Objectives:

  • Help students become familiar with:
    • Teaching quality in Taiwanese universities
    • Program features
    • Academic strengths
  • These programs aim to help students gain a comprehensive understanding and concrete motivation for studying and working in Taiwan.
