📌Features and Implementation
Prof. Lin Wei-Chih (林韋至), Vice President for Industry Collaboration at National Sun Yat-sen University (NSYSU), was specially invited to deliver a speech of encouragement and introduce the services of the "Program of Career Counseling and Retention in Taiwan for International Students, MOE," including career exploration, résumé reviews, and internship and job matching. He also presented the establishment of an international alumni zone to enhance post-graduation connections with NSYSU, highlighting our commitment to international students’ career development. He encouraged graduates to bravely face future challenges and recognized their perseverance and efforts throughout their academic journey, offering his sincere congratulations and best wishes.
Next, Dr. Lin Chin-Ho (林晉禾), Director of the Division of Overseas and International Degree Student Affairs, personally presented awards to graduating students who demonstrated outstanding academic performance and conduct, representing the university's high regard and encouragement for their achievements. The awards ceremony was heartfelt and ceremonious, with continuous applause from the audience.
To celebrate the graduates’ successful completion of their studies, a tassel-turning ceremony was held, symbolizing their transition to a new chapter in life. This was followed by a retrospective video thoughtfully created by student leaders, showcasing memorable moments from the graduates’ study and life experiences in Taiwan. The video evoked warm memories and deep emotions among the attendees. Juniors also recorded a special video filled with heartfelt messages of encouragement and blessings, reflecting the strong intergenerational bonds and support among students.
Moreover, the presence of parents added an abundance of emotional warmth and support, allowing the graduates to step confidently into their new journey in life with gratitude, surrounded by the blessings of their teachers, peers, and loved ones.
