Work Permit Application Process
• Online applications take approximately 15–30 working days and are non-refundable.
• Required documents: diploma, proof of work experience or points-based eligibility, travel plan, valid passport with color copy, and a 2-inch white background ID photo (no hat).
STEP 2: Employer Applies for Work Permit
- Submit diploma, work experience, or points-based eligibility proof to your employer
- Work permit application processing takes about 7–12 working days
STEP 3: Apply for ARC (Alien Resident Certificate)
- With your work permit and Certificate of Employment, apply for an ARC at the National Immigration Agency Service Center or online via the website.
- Processing time is about 10 working days
STEP 4: Obtain Residency and Start Working
- Obtain residency
- Enroll in National Health Insurance
- Start official employment at a company
