📌 Eligibility

• The candidate must be an international student who has obtained at least an associate or bachelor's degree in Taiwan.
• Applicants are evaluated based on education level, work experience, salary level, Chinese proficiency, etc. A total of 70 points is required to apply.
• The intended job must fall under the specialized or technical occupations announced by the Ministry of Labor.

📝 Application Process

1. Access the "Ministry of Labor Work Permit System for Foreigners"
2. Register employer account → Login → Select "Employing Overseas Graduates"
3. Fill in the application form → Upload documents → Pay fee (NT$500 per case)
4. Review takes about 7–10 business days (check progress online)
5. Once approved, the employee will receive an electronic work permit
6. The employee must use the work permit to update their ARC at the Immigration Agency and may then start working
